This is what I was going to say... Half Murph. Throw in a 1/2 mile run on the front and end to make it really interesting.

If you'd be willing to add dumbbells instead of body weight only, I do a 30 min AMRAP of man-makers with 30 lb dumbbells twice a week usually. Great full body movement.

3 min on treadmill at moderate pace (for me, that's about an 8 min mile)
Rest until heart rate goes below ~140, or you feel okay (30 sec - 2 min)
Set of pull-ups to "almost" failure
Rest until heart rate goes below ~140
Do 5 sets

Next day, keep everything the same except do pushups instead of pull-ups.

One note - I only go to 90 degrees on the pull-ups, and vary my hand grips from set to set

Pretty good one I saw on YouTube were "M100s"

I also second the pull up, push-up, squat combo and have done it myself. For more difficulty you can do push-up variations and/or 1 leg squats holding a chair for balance.

Choose reps for the exercises based on your individual strength.
