Does anyone have any recommendations for the best ankle mobility exercises? My right ankle has been super tight since i tore tendons in it several years ago (admittedly i should have had a specialist look at it). I can't do a proper squat without my ankles coming off the ground, so i supplement with either placing my ankles on ten pound plates or other exercises. Any tips or advice for what has worked for others would be greatly appreciated!

I had issues with an ankle/lower leg a few years back causing issues for running. PT had a board that was basically an 18in circle with a half sphere on the bottom of it. I'd stand on it and do front-back; side to side; CW; CCW 20 reps each. Seemed to help alot. If you google ''ankle mobility board'', that is basically what it was.

Thanks I watched that video as well. Haven't put a ton of them into practice yet but definitely still having some problems, so hope that I can get it straightened out soon
