and PR on bench. Also did 60 minutes on cycle and think i got "runners high" for the first time ever. I usually do elliptical but i only do half hour on that. I didnt get in the "zone" on cycling till the last 15 minutes of the hour so I guess the runners high might be more a result of the time spent rather than effort spent (since elliptical is harder than cycling)?
