I basically used a rubber turnequett and did curl to aid in my bicep rupture recovery. I cant tell you for sure that it did help because I have nothing to compare it to.
We frequently use it for tendinitis in forearms. It does work for sure doe that. I used it on my daughter's ankles when she would sprain them in basketball. I could usually get her back on the court in a day or two for most tweaks.
