I'm looking at turning part of my shed into a little workout area and want to get a treadmill. Do y'all have any recommendations for a solid treadmill that won't break the bank? Also, a buddy has the peloton bike and loves it. I enjoy cycling, so I'm curious if any of you have thoughts on getting that instead of a treadmill. It'll be for both my wife and I. TIA.

I've had a Sole F83 treadmill that had been rock solid for a long while now.

I just got a Peloton bike and it's really nice but pricy for sure. My company reimbursed my monthly membership so that helps. My wife has ridden it a couple times too.

I've put a lot of miles on a Proform (can't remember what model) treadmill from Academy. It was less than $500. As for treadmill vs Peloton, I can't answer that. Do you like to run or cycle?

I enjoy both, but like cycling more. Unfortunately I have to keep up my running for the army.
