Nothing today. Got a flu shot Friday afternoon and I feel like my body is collapsing.

Ran the Cypress 10 Miler this morning - my personal goal was to break 77 minutes - it was hot and I had to completely empty the tank, but I came in at 76:41 - just shy of a two minute PR and a really, really good morning

7m @ 7:38 split. 335 miles left to finish my 1k in 1 year.

Gonna follow that up with some little league coaching in some stellar weather.

12 mile bike and 3.25 mile run.

I had the same concern about the flu shot (got mine Friday too) thankfully, no problems.

Well, could have been 7 miles in 90+ heat down here on Galveston Bay. A snowstorm sounds nice after coaching little league from 2 - 5 pm.
