72 degrees and was hoping for a nice cool run. 100% humidity said not today my friend.


on a fun note, the park i ran for the first time today is in our not great part of town, but i had never run it and wanted to try. as i was coming up on an elderly man walking, i could smell that he was smoking cannabis (which is fine with me.) about 15 yards back, i give him a kindly "on your left."

dude turns around with a billie club reared back to smack me. we both jump back and apologize.... but sheesh.
