12 miler this morning supposed to be an easy run, but not so much. Bubble guts around mile 5, luckily public facilities in the park. Also forgot to tape up the nips, started bleeding around mile 6, but was able to stop at a CVS and pick up some band aids. This bleeding started a few weeks back on a 14 miler, when the same thing happened; I've not had this issue before, and have trained previously for full marathons and half irons, though I guess I've softened up in the 3 years I've taken off.

Out of town gym workout. 2 miles on a treadmill, about two-thirds of it running. No pain.
Stationary bike for about 15 minutes.

90 mins on the trainer, immediately followed by 30 min run with the dog. Getting in what I can while we adjust to life.
