For lean protein, you might try fish instead of chicken. It's a personal preference though. Fish isn't super high on my list of things I like to eat, but I'm not picky about about the lean-ness of my protein as long as I can keep average daily macros in check. So I'll mix in steak or porkchops every once in a while when I get sick of chicken.

Try quinoa as a replacement for rice. I like red quinoa.

You pretty much have to keep eating your vegetables. The good news is that there are a lot of different veggies out there to try.

Sometimes I'll replace the rice or quinoa with mashed potatoes. The key is to not add a bunch of unhealthy stuff to the potatoes (like butter).

I like to mix in 0% fat greek yogurt because it's low cal, packed with protein, and tastes like sour cream. I recommend F a g e (edited for Texags naughty words) if you haven't tried it yet.

Diced up grilled chicken
Ole tortillas (healthy and yummy, I like the tomato basil ones)
Red bell pepper
Spinach
Jalapeno
Mushrooms
Purple Onion
(or just use pico)
Greek Yogurt

Wrap it up, healthy taco

Spicy mustard works too

Cast iron skillet.

1 lbs peeled shrimp, seasoned with 1Tbsp cajun seasoning

Half package of whole wheat pasta, cooked

Little olive oil in the pan.

Toss in cut up bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Let it cook 10 mins or so.

Toss in shrimp, cook until done, 3-4 mins.

Turn off heat and add pasta and big handful of raw spinach, stir to combine.

Serving size is 1.5-2 cups. Put the rest in the freezer in serving size portions.

You can substitute chicken, it just has to cook longer.

Cook 1/2lbs shrimp in a skillet with a little olive oil.

Get green leaf or iceberg lettuce and wash a few leaves.

Put the cooked shrimp in the lettuce like a taco. Top with pico or sriacha

Substitute shrimp with baked/grilled fish filet.

Optional taco sauce:
Greek yogurt
Lime juice
Cilantro
Jalapeno (to taste)
Cumin(to taste)
Pinch salt
Throw it a little food processor and spin it up

I like halibut (and a lot of other fish) if it's sushi/sashimi. Can't afford it too often though.
