Anybody know Amy sites for GPS watch news? DC Rainmaker posted about the new Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music. I asked him if he expected any 935 updates soon because I am in the market to replace my Fenix 3. His reply:

Only thing I know is the fenix 5 has been on heavy discount of $100 off for a few weeks.

That indicates to me they're trying to dump it for something new.

I think the Vivoactive 3, Fenix 5, and FR 645 music we're announced fall and released Christmas/early 2018

If you can live with it, I'd wait until fall.

Or just buy a refurb FR35 or Vivoactive+ on the cheap and hold out until the next release.

What are you hoping for in a watch that a current device doesn't have?

Nothing. I've just been waiting for a sale in the 935.

Well it looks like this morning a bunch of Fenix 5 models were released so maybe that's what DCR meant. I have no interest in the Fenix line though.

Don't be upset. Base prices went up. Only thing that really interests me on the new ones is music.
