Chest, stretching, and a slow 3 miles.

Sometimes I forget how good a nice slow pace is for the soul. It really loosened up some tightness I've had from 2 fairly hard runs the last couple of days.

Noticeably lower heat index this morning. Predictably dropped a minute off my 3.25 mile time. Every 10 degrees of heat index is about a minute.

it was nice. still got a good sweat on but it actually did it's job of cooling me down, not drenching me.
