Lower back issues

So, I am a side sleeper...

Starting less than a week ago, the side I sleep on, the lower leg becomes numb and the onset is pretty quick.

I've had SI joint problems on my left side for like forever, but it happens on both sides...

I'm scared it might be a herniated disk or something.

I don't have a job or insurance at this point, but I do have a gym membership that I am taking advantage of.

1) Is there any way to figure out what is wrong without having pictures taken?

2) what should I do/don't do when at the gym?

Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees. It will the angle of your SI joint.

Top knee shouldn't be in front of the bottom knee, either... from what I was told when I was having similar issues.

Who knows if it's true or not. I try to remember it when I notice, but nothing fixed my back until I loosened up my soaz

Anyone do this? He doesn't look like much of an expert more someone that's very fit. Willing to try since my lower back always hurts.

Nothing like spread eagle at the gym!

Lol. Super D is Mr. 3000. He is the first man to ever total 3000 in a powerlifting meet. That means he squatted, deadlifted and benched an average of over 1000 pounds each.

When he speaks, whether you agree with him or not, you should listen.

He isn't an expert on treating low back pain because he isn't trained to treat low back pain. That's just traction for your low back.

See a professional who treats low backs on a regular basis. A chiro, physical therapist, or massage therapist.
