So, I am a side sleeper...
Starting less than a week ago, the side I sleep on, the lower leg becomes numb and the onset is pretty quick.
I've had SI joint problems on my left side for like forever, but it happens on both sides...
I'm scared it might be a herniated disk or something.
I don't have a job or insurance at this point, but I do have a gym membership that I am taking advantage of.
1) Is there any way to figure out what is wrong without having pictures taken?
2) what should I do/don't do when at the gym?
