Bike rack recommendations?

Any recommendations for a hitch mounted tray style bike rack that holds 2-4 bikes (or 2 that is expandable to 4)? There are a ton of options out there so not really sure what to look at.

Kuat NV. Be aware that if you buy the 4 bike model, it is a heavy beast. It becomes so my wife virtually cannot and I hate mounting and unmounting it. The load system is great though.

The two bike is pretty sweet.

The best is the 1up rack. It's small and lighter than other options. I would out Kuat next. I've had two Kuat Shirpas and both have been excellent.
