p90x shoulders and back.
Skipped some of the moves due to some shoulder discomfort.
Didn't do Abs because I ran out of time.

Back seemed to be better, so went back to squats and deadlifts (plus press). Kept the weight light and had no pain.
Quick core work this morning - need a light day to recharge a bit

Nothing! Last couple days of CrossFit have been brutal and I'm sore as ****. Need a rest day.

A friend was in town at a separate conference so I ran to this hotel picked him up and we ran to the sign, took a picture and came back and ran the strip again.
