We did not go grocery shopping over the weekend, so I did not want put myself into an even greater calorie deficit and be exhausted all day.

with what I did, I have merely been tired all day. And that made all the difference in my productivity.

oh i was aware. doesn't alleviate any of the pain.

so i sprinted balls to the walls on the bellagio fountain strava segment. got in the top 125 out of 10,000. that was a win. i have another shot to try and get top 100 tomorrow.
