So, Lone Star is 136 cal/12oz and 4.65% ABV, which is pretty high ABV. Lone Star Light may be what you go with for that taste, maybe, at 110 cal, but it drops to ABV of 3.85.
Michelob Ultra is popular because it's 95 cal but keeps ABV of 4.2. You said it tastes like water, so I'd agree with KidDoc on trying Shiner Light Blonde. That's 99 cal but also keeps 4.2 ABV. Or Sam Adams Light, which is 124 cal and 4 ABV. With beer, usually higher ABV, higher calories.
If you want to branch out, you'd probably like craft pilsners or kolsch beers. I really like kolsch style beers, and Karbach Love Street is a good one for starters. It's prob 140 cal, though I'll go with Houston Beer Guide who says it's 123, and it has ABV of 4.9.
If you like amber beers, you can hit a 6.2 ABV with Saint Arnold's Amber Ale for about 160 cal. More calories, but two of those would be like drinking 3+ of your beers.
Per this list, the best calorie to ABV beer is Natural Ice. WOW ...I'll still pass!
https://www.beerishealthy.com/lowest-calorie-beer-with-most-alcohol/For liquor that's not whiskey, you're pretty much looking at rum and vodka. So, as you noted mix with soda or as others noted, sparkling water. I've never used Topo Chico but may have to try based on all the posts. I use Dasani sparkling when I want water and a little flavor (good pineapple one), Coke Zero or diet 7up when doing a soda mixer.
