Quickly glancing at the two articles, I agree with (what I think) they are saying. Carnivore isn't great for weight loss because of ketosis, it is great for weight loss because it is hard to overeat meat. If you were to do a dairy filled carnivore diet I think you could gain weight rather easily.Tex117 said:
