9 lbs in the first week? Did you not eat? 20lbs in 3 weeks is more than those starved contestants lose on the naked and afraid show.
The 9 pounds the first week was more than likely mostly water weight. As you can see after that first week it was a steady drop of 2-3 pounds per week. I went Keto and ate almost zero carbs for the entire 6 weeks. I was doing 3x a week about an hour per workout. I was really locked in on the nutrition and didn't drink one drop of alcohol for the entire 6 weeks which is a damn miracle for me.
