Haha I used to eat a ton of these and can't really eat them anymore.

But I usually fry and eat about 8 eggs a day so I think I've got those covered.

Been eating a lot of almonds, but getting pretty tired of those as well.

Jerky would be a nice addition.

Are you serious about the cake balls?

Do you have a work fridge? I make a snack out of wrapping a cheese stick in some deli turkey meat. 1 serving of turkey with 2 cheese sticks is like 24 grams of protein.

Check out Optimum Nutrition Cake Bites. I will snack on one occasionally.

I have a fridge but I try not to eat dairy. Seems to be bad for my skin.

Then maybe just eat the deli meat? I had to do that today since I forgot to buy cheese sticks at the store.

Sardines are also an option and I always have a few boxes in my desk at the office... but I don't eat them there. I at least go outside to eat them since they stink up the place.

Yeah I usually just eat a lot of turkey for lunch.

Sometimes I'll eat a can of tuna as well.

In that case, almonds are very good because they are calorically dense. With the almonds you should drink a shake, or preferably yogurt(something high in protein).

Now if you're really trying to get serious. You should be eating 5-6 solid meals a day.

Nut butters
Nuts with fruit
Hummus
Protein bars (I prefer the ones with very little ingredients like Oatmega or Rise, can't stand artificial stuff)
Whole milk
Whole fat greek yogurt with toppings
Oatmeal with protein powder or PB (or peanut butter and jelly mixed in, lots of calories and can store at work)

I've been on a little bulk cycle for the last three months. I've put on 15lbs eating mostly this stuff...

Peanut butter sandwiches
Greek yogurt
Whey protein shakes
Cheese sticks
Whole milk
Chicken
Steak
Mixed greens

The milk and peanut butter sandwiches are what really put on the pounds for me. When I'm ready to taper off I'll cut those back.
