Dropping lbs for BIL's wedding in April. I'm an on-and-off runner who has recently dropped 10 lbs, but needing to get serious from a more structured routine and diet. Here I go...
- 1 mile run to gym (3 year old master planned community with decent gym that my HOA dues pay for)
- 30 minute Meta Shred "The 30-Minute Lightweight Leanout" with 10lb barbells.
