Duke has developed some extremely revolutionary GBM treatments in the last 5 years. I would encourage you to look into trials for these treatments.

God Bless, I was told by the surgeon my Dad's brain tumor was a GBM, but they found out later it was adenocarcinoma.

I am in a clinical trial, one of which Duke is involved in, and even though only 1/2 get the real drug--the others get a placebo--I am getting the real drug. I finished chemo and radiation, the trial lasts 2 years if I do, and I plan to live another decade.

My oncologist said because of the "markers", my GBM could "double in size every 10 days."
