Hey, I brought my gym bag today! Excited to push weight. 18 days post surgery - still another 3 months until I can engage my lower back but upper and isolated legs are fair game.

New routine:
5/3/1 - today is Upper #1

And starting re-comp diet (-20/+20):
360g of carbs on workout day. F'ing beautiful.

Crossfit this morning. 8 weeks of 4x a week I'm starting to notice significant improvements in strength and aerobic capacity. Has been the best thing I've done for my health/fitness since high school summer football workouts.
