Howdy Ags,

I have my home gym pretty much set up, thought I would share pictures. I just finished moving all this to the new home, now that was a workout! Figured everyone would be interested to see all the home Gyms out there.

Yeah, although with the ownership change, I'm back down at the Clinic in Dallas now. Still go to CR since its closer to the house though.

Nailed it.

I looked at different colored turf but couldn't get over the price tag compared to used gymnastics floor. I also wanted to put a panoramic of the inside of kyle field on all 4 walls but guitarsoup talked me out of it.... for now.

Looks great, wish mine was indoors. it's tougher to workout in the heat of the summer.

I like the mounted TV that would be great for doing a video workout if that's your thing.

thanks.. we live in oregon. no hvac down there but comfortable during summer and space heater in winter.

"daylight" LEDs to make it bright (and not shatter with a ball). gets dark in winter months around 4:30-5pm and rains all the time. so it's our "indoor backyard".

use the tv for workouts daily.. wanted a massive one but opted for $200 black friday special assuming a ball/bat/dart/club/kid's head will hit it too hard at some point.

It's a bummer. Especially after this past winter which was wettest in like 75 years. Month of September is usually best month of the year and right now it's just hazy daily because of the smoke.

sherpa'd that for Ronnie in 2016.. was such a cool experience. running through charred trees wouldn't be as much fun but my guess is the trails won't be considered stable for a long long time.

Way to take a big dump on his home gym thread!

I just recently bought this set. I've got to add some more plates and I'm planning on building a platform to do deadlifts and other olympic lifts on. It feels good to finally start investing in my own equipment and not spending money on gym memberships anymore.

I bought it from Fitness Specialists in Odessa. Everything you see was about $2500.

If you keep an eye out you can get really good deals on equipment at auction. I probably have $1200 in the equipment in my set up. I bought 6 squat racks, 4 adjustable benches and 6 bars from Somerville ISD at auction.

I'm also currently selling a second squat rack, it's too tall for my garage unfortunately.

You'd be right. Its more country club than gym. Craig Ranch does have more fitness stuff then the original Cooper Fitness Center which is almost a geriatric gym at this point.
