After abandoning a marathon plan half way through last fall, I have done nothing but systematically get fatter by the day. I'm going to start posting again for motivation.

Started a 16 week Garmin getting started program at week 4. 5 minutes run with 3 minute walk times 3 intervals - 1.7 miles. Felt fine but HR was through the roof.
