Anyone have any recommendations? Looking at either a Mava or ProFitness so far. I am not a big lifter by any means, so may not even need a 7mm thickness, but I do feel some kind of compression could be helpful. Side note - live in CO - so something I could also use for hiking would be great - another reason why a non-breathable 7mm thick one could be over kill.

I don't really have any knee specific issues besides random joint pain from time to time, whatever that is worth. This is more injury preventative than anything.

I've never used them, but a few guys I work out with seem to like the ones from Unbroken Designs.

Rehband and RockTape? Are the 2 I use. 5mm is plenty thick. I didn't like the 7mm

I found the 5mm to slip down my leg a little when I got really sweaty. Do your 5's stay in place?

They occasionally bunch up, but it's easily fixed. I size them to fit really tight and they don't move much. I think I use a size small
