hitting it hard after a few months to get myself back together from grief... 40 min cardio, 30 min lift, 10 min row. Not much, but, a start. Goal is 4 days this week! Next week 5, etc.
I'm curious as to what your diet is like. Assuming you're a reasonably normal-sized male, you have to eat over 4,000 calories a day with all that running. That would be very difficult for me to do in any healthy way.
