How long do you want to ignore this user?
I've just got turned on to this. I've always just counted calories while trying to prioritize my protein and healthy fat intake. Anyone have any good results doing this? It seems to make a lot more sense than just counting calories.

Can anyone share any good meal plans that are similar to my macro goal of 164P/75F/164C while trying to stay under 1750 calories? I'm currently cutting. Trying to get down from 199 to 175. Already down from 222 to 199 in 36 days.

Also, what is your height and activity level? 1750 seems low for a male that works out but that's just my non-nutritionist opinion.

You could probably cut on a higher amount of calories that would be more sustainable but I would recommend getting information from the websites listed above and seeing what numbers you come up with!
