Anyone ever done it? Did you notice any benefits or feel any different?

I have a coupon for a free session at Restore Cryotherapy in the Austin area and was wondering if anyone has any experience.

I'm a fan. I don't go regularly but probably go once or twice a month during my hard training months.

I tried this last week. Felt no difference at all. It was $25 but that's just for the first time. After that it's $40 per visit or you can buy packages. It's $199 a month for unlimited.
