I am an Intermittent faster (16:8) and generally low carber.

I generally stay less than 50g of carbs but not sure I maintain keto.

Bulletproof claims the MCT get you in ketosis and keeps the body in a fasted like state without fasting.

There are many knowledgeable posters here. I welcome your thoughts on this.

MCT has nothing to do with being in or out of ketosis... that's a function of your carb intake.
