I think I need to work on my flexibility and core strength, and I've heard yoga would be good for both. Anyone have any recommendation on a good beginner youtube channel for yoga? I'm in decent shape, so I don't need something super easy, but I'm pretty inflexible and have hurt myself before trying to overstretch.
