Upper body day today. Skipped rope at the end but no too much as my knees are still getting used to it.

Workout streak is now at 20 days.

I weigh 0.4 lbs less than I did seven days ago.

Lunch run forthcoming. Gotta love hill work.

Not really. On my 20 mile runs I cover pretty much every hill in Burleson and still only get about 1k ft. Race day will be 2k ft.

On my lunch runs I hit Radio Shack hill right off the Trinity. 15 minute warm up, 7x up and down that guy, then 15 minute cool down. Makes for a decent workout.

Overall I'm feeling ok on distance but not so much on elevation for Big Sur. We'll see how it goes.

Loving and Flag Pole are good for hill repeats near WRL. Oak Cliff has a few good ones too.

Yeah I know about the one on Sylvan that wore me out. No doubt I need more work. Arbor Hills is just ok, but much more convenient. Thanks! Looks like you found a solution wcb.

Hiking at Big Bend tomorrow. Hill work there for sure.

90 minute outdoor playing with 8 guys vs a full 11. Those of us with monitors were clocking 7 miles for an outdoor match which is nuts
