Attempted to hit the bike trainer for the first time in two weeks. Got on only to hear thump, thump, thump...

Rear tire tube was pinched and pushing the tire off the rim. Took me way too long to get it fixed. I had allotted just enough time for a ride this morning. Busted.

Maybe I'll try again tonight.
