Wow. I remember I did the MS150 many years ago (2003 or 2004), and someone had thrown a bunch of tacks all over the road between Beuscher and Bastrop state parks. The rest stop in the middle ran out of inner tubes. This is obviously way worse, but yeah, some people are just horrible.
