Need a new routine- limited equipment

Long story, short:

Utilizing Jr High gym. Squat rack and bench (flat/incline, no decline) with all the weight I would need and dumb bells up to 55 lbs are all that it has. I have a flat/incline bench and Power Blocks that only go to 50 lbs at home. Looking for a new routine. Looking to build strength and lose fat. I'm 33, 5'8, 195 lbs, 26% BF. Need to drop minimum 15 lbs. Light jogging is okay, but bad knees/feet from USMC days limit my miles per week. Diet is not A+, but not bad at all. Can clean it up easy.

Suggestions?

Google or find the thread on 5x5. You have all you need to gain strength. OR, if you don't like 5x5 do some reverse pyramid or something similar.
