Unsure where to post But trying here.

I need to get dental insurance for the family- needed some guidance / advice on plans , carriers, pricing etc.

Quick google searches were fine but could use some first hand advice.

Unless somebody else is footing the bill, or you have a multi-year rehabiliation project planned, it's unfortunately hard to come out ahead on dental insurance.

Same as above. Unless serious problems it is so much cheaper to just pay cash and see who you want. We haven't had dental in 10 years and I pay less in cash and can see whoever I want.
