I am looking at the Gen 3 sequoia and wanted to see if anyone owns one and get their real world reviews

I have seen where real mpg is less than published estimates. With a smaller gas tank, this leads to more trips to the gas station

The storage area behind the 3rd row is smaller and doesn't work well with the 3rd row not folding flat and having a weird non level storage area with a shelf contraption to make it flat

What else have you noticed (good or bad) if you own one

Cargo space is only slightly more than a 4Runner.
