I don't know which one is the most interesting or surprising. I liked the battery actively burning the hole through the hood.

Customer says console tray looks like his ball sack.
Customer states brakes are pulsing and noisy. BMW store recommends $400 service to wash brakes. Honest to God, I am not lying. When I called bs on it the service guy told me, it make a lot of customers happy and they think it fixed it.
Some of the "oil" drainage is insane. No clue how the vehicle could have driven to the shop.
Also, the one taken in for the oil change and the tech had the brake pedal go to the floor. I don't think you can refer to what was left as pads and rotors.
