So damn frustrating. Discovered it this morning because I haven't been able to get a particular smell out of my truck. I take my truck through the car wash regularly to get the bugs off the front so who knows how long it's been leaking.

I never open it and have thought for a long time I'd be better off without one for the next time I get a truck.

If anyone else has experienced this, what have you done to address the leak and moldy carpet?

Outside of ordering a vehicle without the portal window, what other trucks out there don't have this issue? GMC? Toyota?

GM has the same issue with their sliding window (1500 and Silverado).

Mine just slightly drips, but every dealership wants me to drop my truck off for 5-10 days just to get some filler put in the channel...so who knows when I'll get it fixed.

Perhaps the inside trim has lost its seal? Looks like a manageable repair.
