Yes, similar to the other shows. You can sit in most everything except the highest end models (i.e. ZR1 Vette, Audi R8) or concept cars and trucks. And yes, there are cars you can drive highlighted here. Click on the logo for details.

Ride & Drives

We plan to go Saturday at opening as my wife is in the market for a mid-sized SUV and wants to look and sit in a bunch of different models.

Typically dealerships have tickets. You can drop by and pick a few up.

there's usually nothing too exciting, "debut"-wise. but it's the best place to see basically everything at one time. groupon had a special going to for discounted tickets, not sure if it's still active.
