Anyone on this board have a newish 6.2L 4wd F250? Just curious to know what mpg you've experienced on the highway. Don't worry as the primary use will be much more than commuting!

I has a 2017 250 6.2 with 4.3 gears. 55K miles.

With factory 275/65/20 factory Michelin's, I got 13.5/16, in town/highway.

With upgrades 295/65/20, I get 15/13. Lost about 1mpg at highway speed.

All mpg numbers are running empty.

Appreciate it!

I have a 2018 f350 and average about 14.5 mpg mostly city.

12-14ish in town

Up to 16 on highway

'19 F250 FX4 with 3.73s, all stock.

12, but I tow 1/4 of the time, and if not I'm going 85

I wish my 2012 4WD F250, now at 95k, would ever approach 16mpg highway. Also 3.73, 13.5mpg, that's at 70mph. Faster highway speeds drops it back to under 13...

Maybe Ford tweaked something over the years.

Fantastic truck otherwise, zero trips for any repair/maintenance (other than routine).

That's speed limit with no headwind...my '16 did about the same, a little less.

I wonder if the new transmission introduced in 2017 helped out a bit.
