I realize there hasn't been much interest here, but on the off chance someone cares, here is a little pricing info I got recently:

The base price on a 4x4 Crew Cab Short Box AT4 is $54,695 and $300 more of you want a Standard Box. The AT4 Premium Package is $3,280 with a $500 option package discount taking it to $2,780. The AT4 Preferred Package is $1,420. I'm not sure what else you would add to one other than maybe a sunroof for $995 or 6.2L for $2,495.
