55k miles on my original goodyears + all of the construction debris in Houston has me anticipating needing a new set soon. Any consensus on what to foo with?

I'm on my second set of Michelin LTX. I love them. The last pair dry rotted before 80k miles but it still was 6 years. Discount tire gave me some ridiculous $300 rebate on new ones. It's like driving on a cloud. 2005 Yukon XL

Assuming you're rolling 20" OEM wheels?

Dueler Alenza Plus
Firestone Destination LE2
Michelin LTX (MS2 or Premiere LTX, depending on size).
Nitto Dura Grappler also seems pretty good.

Michelin LTX, i personaly hated the bridgestone duellers that i got from costco on my old explorer. They were terrible on any sort of water and light snow.

I guess houston doesnt have to worry about the snow part though.

If you plan to keep the vehicle for another 60k miles or so, I'd go Michelin and wouldn't hesitate for a second.
