2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
Black inside and outside
White top
Rear wheel drive (non 4wd)
165000 miles
I'm in Los Angeles.
Bought it with 28000 miles in Texas
I'd say avg condition
No problems at all. Normal maintained

Doing some online research before I list it I'm seeing pricing as low as 10000 and as high as 20000.

Kbb / nada claims 8000 trade in and 10000 private sell.

Any tips or suggestions? I want to sell it but don't have to sell it asap. But I'd like it gone.

After looking at other listings, I'd suggest starting the listing at $13500 and seeing if you get any interest. Will probably have to take less though, unless you have a rare desirable color or aftermarket goodies.

I guess I assumed all FJ's were 4WD.

We traded in basically the same vehicle last year. Although it had 4wd, & we sold it in Texas. Dealer gave us 10k on a trade in so it the ease made it a no brainer. I was surprised it was worth that much. We didn't even detail the interior before we got an offer on it. They really didn't actually have to see pictures of it before they made the offer. Good luck!

FJs retained their prices like crazy before they discontinued them, they actually appreciated somewhat when they announced that they weren't going to sell them in the US any longer.

I had mine for two years and sold it for just about what I paid for it.

If this were 4WD, it would bring rain...

Not with 165,000 miles. I've been looking for overland vehicles for a few months now and FJ's are one on my list. 4x4's with that range of mileage are running $10-14k. $13k would be about right if it was a 4x4.

I think thats pretty good money for a 10 year old truck with 165K on it.

My dads FJC will roll 30,000 miles by year end I think.
