Cold at speed and rpm.
Warm when at idle.

Compressor? If so, how much?

Check the fan clutch and check the space between the radiator and condenser for crud.

When you're driving more air is flowing over the condenser so it cools better but at idle if your fan clutch is shot it won't pull enough air.

There's a little fan on the radiator looking thing for the AC. The motor goes bad. Easy simple fix I think.

Here's the part you need. It should be on constantly if the AC is on.

Both answers.

If you have a mechanical fan, the clutch may be bad. If you have an electric fan, it may be out.

Also check engine coolant level and condition.

If the coolant is dirty/low, its going to affect the AC system as well.

Sounds like you're due for some cooling system maintenance.

I bet electric fan motor went out. It's about a $30 or $100 part depending on how you do it
