Thinking of going with more of a mat than any sort of liner. Anyone have any experience or recommendations?

I had the mat directly from Ford in my last truck, it held up just fine over the years. Just have to remember to clean under it every once and a while.

Depending on use of truck I'll take bed mat for 33% of cost of spray in liner.

If it's going to have heavy use like a work truck you can't beat a spray in.

I'm going to go ahead and ask anyone that buys the plastic drop in to ban yourself from this board

Yeah, I'm pretty much a weekend warrior type stuff. Bags of mulch, flowers.

Curious. What keeps this down on the bed and keeps it from lifting?

I've had a bed mat in my Sierra and it has met all my needs. It can get kinda nasty underneath, so you may want to take it to a car wash and use pressure washer to blast away once a year or so.

What if it was already in the truck when I bought it? I really like this board and would prefer not to ban myself.

Velco taped to certain areas of the bed. I have a fiberglass bed cap though, which helps quite a bit.

I have to second the bedrug. I have had one in my 05 Sierra for most of the 190k miles I has gone and I have had no issues.
