I'm having hell with mine. System reset, usb drive, updating "firmware".

I just got off the phone with Kenwood. Apparently my thumb drive is too big. A 16GB, and this is the second one I've purchased for this issue.

Basically, my radio flashes "system rebuilding" over and over. No radio, no dvd player... nothing!

You're probably right. I don't think Ill ever mess with Kenwood again after this. I shouldn't have any issues with this stereo considering what I paid.

I have a a double DIN DNX572 with nav in my F250. I have a love hate relationship with it.

It looks nice and functions well, but sometimes freezes and the interface for the satellite functions are clunky.

Sometimes the NAV part of it locks up and I have to reboot it.

Pioneers interfaces are nicer IMO, but the Nav isnt as great as the Kenwoods borrowed Garmin interface.

I have a single DIN Kenwood in my Mustang that's about three years old. I've never had any problems with it.

My Kenwood single din is about a year old. It's ok at best. Sometimes it freezes. You can't see **** on the screen unless it's pitch black (seriously, how can the display suck so hard in 2017), Pandora app hangs, sometimes requires factory reset times won't display album info from my phone . I've factory reset it 4 times.which is a huge ass pain. Finally got excited about a firmware update but it has only created an issue where the phone automatically hooks up to Bluetooth but won't hook up for media audio unless I go into Android settings.

I genuinely feel like I got exactly what I paid for...About 130 bucks of fun.
