Plastidipping or wrapping? Pros and cons of each?

Looking at doing the roof of my whip since the clear coat is starting to fail

Anyone have a hookup/rec in Houston?

Something flat like a roof should be pretty easy to wrap. Wrap will last longer and you'll have a wider array of finishes. Carbon, high gloss etc.

But then damn if dip isn't crazy cheap and easy

What's the longevity like for both? Only planning on having the car for another 18 months max

Wrap would be a one time install barring something out of the ordinary happening.

Plastidip could require a few redos if something falls and scratches the finish or a leading edge lifts up.
