Beyond the manual (if applicable):
1. check any rubber, especially radiator hoses, they degrade and can rot
2. Clean throttle body and MAF - easy DIY
3. fuel system cleaner (as suggested above)
4. Spare tire in good condition?
5. Shocks/struts, CV axle boots still good?

RTFM amd R&R as needed.

Biggest thing you can do at that interval, and it's likely in your owner's manual (and almost nobody does it) is to change out the differential gear oil. At 100k, you are probably at the end of the good life of the oil (even synthetic) and most molecules are probably in shear. Get a good synthetic (Royal Purple or Amzoil) and do a good cleaning and refill.

Doesn't Toyota also recommend the water pump at 100K for that engine, too? Or just drain and refill coolant?

If you're doing a TB,m might as well do a WP and hoses while you're at it, if you plan on keeping it more.
