If you're in unincorporated Harris County then just waiting on changes for your MUD from WHCRWA, I don't think they've said anything yet.

But they buy their water from COH so whatever happens there will have impacts downstream. Lots of other talk in other threads about ripping front lawns out.

Would be 100% on board with rocks in the front and AstroTurf in the back.
